Admissions Process
Selective by design, prayerful in practice.
To ensure every student is ready to fully engage in the program, we intentionally keep each Academy limited to 15 students. The last day to apply is September 12, 2026.
Four Steps
How families join the Academy
- Step 1
Parent Application
A parent or guardian completes the Academy application, sharing about their student and their family's hopes for the year ahead.
- Step 2
Parent Interview
We meet with parents to walk through program expectations, the one-year commitment, and how we will partner together throughout the year.
- Step 3
Student Interview
Students participate in an individual interview where we get to know them personally, hear about their dreams, interests, goals, and challenges, and determine whether they are ready to commit to the Academy.
- Step 4
Acceptance & Enrollment
After prayerful consideration, 15 students are selected for the upcoming Academy year and accepted families sign a commitment agreement.

After prayerful consideration, 15 students are selected for the upcoming Academy year. The Academy begins Saturday October 3rd, 2026.
- A one-year commitment
- Attendance at monthly meetings held the first and third Saturday of each month
- Active participation throughout the year
- Parent participation in quarterly meetings
- Commitment to Academy expectations and values
