Ways to Serve
Where you fit
Become a Mentor
Walk with two students for a year. Mentors complete a background check, mentor training, and learn our mentoring philosophy before being matched.
Teach or Speak
Share your expertise in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, real estate, career readiness, or leadership at a monthly gathering or workshop.
Partner or Sponsor
Churches, businesses, and community organizations help underwrite scholarships, incentives, camps, and outreach events.
Mentor Requirements
Every mentor is carefully selected.
- Complete a background check
- Participate in mentor training
- Learn our mentoring philosophy
- Be equipped to effectively disciple and mentor teenagers
- Commit to the Academy year and monthly gatherings
- Serve at a ratio of one mentor for every two students
